Thrive In ’25: Day 20🙏🏾

Message from Our Leader 🗣️

Bishop Jefferson reminds us that this is a time of divine separation, a time to humble ourselves and seek God’s face with a spirit of expectation. As we do, we can trust that God will meet us in a profound way, healing our hearts, renewing our minds, and positioning us to carry His fresh anointing into the next season of our lives. Let this be a time where we set aside every weight that so easily besets us, where we turn away from distractions and press into the presence of God with fervency and faith. ✨

📍Intercessor: Mother Carolyn Allen, Bluffton, SC

📖 Scripture: “Therefore I exhort first of all that supplications, prayers, intercessions, and giving of thanks be made for all men.” (1 Timothy 2:1)

🙏🏽Prayer Topic:Praying for Breakthrough for Others

📚 Prayer Focus: Intercede for others in your family, church, and community, praying for breakthroughs in their lives.

✨ Reflection: Taking Our Place in Prayer

Mother Carolyn Allen led a heartfelt call to intercede for others with boldness and humility. She reminded us that Paul commands believers to pray for those in authority, “whether we like them or not.” Our prayers are not optional but a divine mandate to partner with God in seeing breakthrough for others.

🔑 Key Points

  1. 🌿 The Posture of Obedience:

    • Before rushing to God, we must approach Him in obedience to His Word.
    • Consecration is essential. “Rid yourself of your attitude and align with God’s heart.”
    • Thanksgiving shifts our prayers into alignment with God’s will, moving us from complaint to gratitude.
  2. 🛡 Intercession as a Responsibility:

    • Interceding for others reflects the state of our inner alignment.
    • Your inability to pray for others shows areas where your heart still needs transformation.
  3. 📖 Become Addicted to God:

    • “We must become Bible addicts! Prayer addicts!”
    • Dedicate yourself to knowing God’s Word and staying in His presence.
  4. 🗳 The Power of Prayerful Votes:

    • Mother reminded us that in the New Testament, the saints cast their votes not in elections but in prayer.
    • Today, we must take our stand through prayer, declaring God’s will over every situation.
  5. 🔥 Weapons in God’s Hands:

    • “Make us weapons in Your hand.”
    • Intercessors are called to stand in the gap, carrying God’s light into dark places.
    • Equipped with hearing ears like Samuel and seeing eyes like Elijah, we discern and act as spiritual warriors.

🙏🏽 Prayer Highlights

Mother Allen’s intercession was both declarative and powerful, covering a wide range of needs:

  • Alignment and Consecration:

    • “Light our candles and enlighten our spirits.”
    • “Give us a hunger and thirst for righteousness.”
  • Protection and Favor:

    • “Set Your watch around us in prayer.”
    • “Shield Bishop Jefferson and accelerate him as our destiny helper.”
  • Deliverance and Breakthrough:

    • “Deliver now, God. Deliver forever!”
    • “We reject every offer of sickness and declare healing in Jesus’ name!”
  • Victory Over the Enemy:

    • “We are not ignorant of Satan’s devices. We command him to loose his grip off the saints so God’s light can shine on them.”
  • Thanksgiving for God’s Faithfulness:

    • “Thank You for being the God who runs behind His Word. Run after us now!”

💡 Application: How to Intercede for Others

  1. 🕊 Approach in Humility: Consecrate yourself before praying, ensuring your heart and attitude align with God’s will.
  2. 🌟 Commit to Consistency: Continue interceding beyond this consecration period. “Stay there and say, ‘If I perish, then let me perish for Your will.’”
  3. 🛡 Be a Spiritual Warrior: Pray with authority, asking God to make you a weapon in His hand for His glory.
  4. 🤝🏾 Lift Up Others: Focus on interceding for family, church leaders, political leaders, and your community, trusting God to bring breakthroughs.
  5. ✨ Embrace Thanksgiving: Let gratitude be the foundation of your prayers, shifting your focus to God’s faithfulness.

🌟 Closing Reflection

Mother Allen reminded us that intercession is not just about asking but about aligning with God’s heart and will for others. Our prayers are powerful, not because of us, but because of who we pray to.

Action Step: Take time today to pray intentionally for someone in your family, church, or community. Declare breakthroughs and thank God for His faithfulness! 🙌✨
