Consecration Day 15: Sept 17 (Tuesday) 🥹

Message from Our Leader 🗣️

Bishop Jefferson reminds us that this is a time of divine separation, a time to humble ourselves and seek God’s face with a spirit of expectation. As we do, we can trust that God will meet us in a profound way, healing our hearts, renewing our minds, and positioning us to carry His fresh anointing into the next season of our lives. Let this be a time where we set aside every weight that so easily besets us, where we turn away from distractions and press into the presence of God with fervency and faith. ✨

📍Intercessor: Min. Marcus McBride

🙏🏾Prayer PointFather, show up in our decisions and give us wisdom!

📖Scriptures:James 5:7

📌Ways to Surrender to God:

  1. Submit yourself to His will
    • Scripture: James 5:7 – “Be patient, then, brothers and sisters, until the Lord’s coming. See how the farmer waits for the land to yield its valuable crop, patiently waiting for the autumn and spring rains.”
  2. Prayer
    • Prayer that is consistent and heartfelt will lead to surrender.
  3. Study the Bible
    • Allow God’s Word to guide your decisions.
  4. Spend time with a faith community
    • It’s important to surround yourself with like-minded people during a weight loss journey, just as it is during a fitness journey.
  5. Trust God
    • Have faith that God is in control and that His path for you will be revealed when the time is right.
  6. Recognize your need for God
    • Recognize that you cannot do everything on your own and that God’s presence is essential.
  7. Repent
    • Scripture: 2 Chronicles 7:14-16 – “If my people, who are called by my name, will humble themselves and pray and seek my face and turn from their wicked ways, then I will hear from heaven, and I will forgive their sin and will heal their land.”
