Thrive In ’25: Day 15🙏🏾

Message from Our Leader 🗣️

Bishop Jefferson reminds us that this is a time of divine separation, a time to humble ourselves and seek God’s face with a spirit of expectation. As we do, we can trust that God will meet us in a profound way, healing our hearts, renewing our minds, and positioning us to carry His fresh anointing into the next season of our lives. Let this be a time where we set aside every weight that so easily besets us, where we turn away from distractions and press into the presence of God with fervency and faith. ✨

📍Intercessor: Supervisor Paula Thompson

📖 Scripture: “Write the vision and make it plain on tablets, that he may run who reads it.” (Habakkuk 2:2)

🙏🏽Prayer Topic: Vision for the Future

📚 Prayer Focus: Pray for God to give you a clear vision for your future and the steps to fulfill it

📖 Scripture Insight:

Habakkuk 2:2 reminds us of the importance of clarity in the vision God imparts to us. Vision requires both receiving and communicating God’s plans in a way that is actionable and faith-driven. The clarity of the vision allows us to move forward with purpose and conviction.

💡 Key Themes:

1️⃣ Positioning Yourself to Hear from God

  • Insight: To receive a vision from God, we must spiritually align ourselves and remove distractions. Too often, we miss what God is saying because we are not in the right posture to receive.

  • Scriptural Reference: Job 33:14-15 – “For God speaks once, even twice, but no one notices. In a dream, a vision of the night, when deep sleep falls on people.”

  • Key Point: A clear vision requires us to empty ourselves and surrender completely to God.

  • Quote from Prayer: “We come to you this day, emptying out everything, holding nothing back, so we can perceive what the Holy Ghost is saying.”

2️⃣ Opening Spiritual Eyes

  • Insight: Vision goes beyond what is seen with the physical eyes—it is spiritual insight into God’s plans. Supervisor Thompson referenced 2 Kings 6:17, where Elisha prayed for his servant’s eyes to be opened, revealing heavenly protection. This demonstrates the necessity of spiritual vision to see beyond the natural realm.

  • Quote from Prayer: “Lord, open our eyes that we may see in the spirit what you have for us to see.”

  • Reflection Question: How can you train your spiritual eyes to see God’s provision and protection in your current circumstances?

3️⃣ Write the Vision and Make It Plain

  • Insight: Vision becomes actionable when it is clearly written and articulated. Writing it down allows others to catch the vision and run with it.

  • Scriptural Reference: Habakkuk 2:2 – “Write the vision and make it plain on tablets, that he may run who reads it.”

  • Quote from Prayer: “Lord, help us to hear your voice, recognize it, and submit to your will, so we can make your vision clear and plain.”

  • Reflection Question: What steps are you taking to act on the vision God has given you?

🔧 Practical Applications:

  1. Seek God Early: Spend intentional time in prayer and reflection to position yourself for divine revelation. “Early will we seek you, and you will answer us.”

  2. Write It Down: Document the vision God speaks to you and revisit it regularly for guidance and encouragement.

  3. Pray Against Distractions: Supervisor Thompson emphasized rebuking the “chatter” and distractions that hinder focus. “Don’t let the gnats and bugs pull us off track.”

  4. Pray for Others: Once your vision is clear, intercede for others to have their spiritual eyes opened as well.

💭 Reflection Questions:

  1. Are you giving God time and space to reveal His vision for your life?

  2. What distractions are preventing you from fully focusing on God’s voice?

  3. How can you practically align your actions with the vision God has given you?

🙏🏽 Conclusion: Vision for the Future

Supervisor Thompson’s prayer reminds us that spiritual vision requires discipline, focus, and faith. Through surrender and intentionality, we can receive and act on God’s revelation for our future. As we embrace the vision, we also pray for boldness and the ability to carry it out with confidence.
