Consecration Day 7: Sept 9 (Monday)❤️‍🩹

Message from Our Leader 🗣️

Bishop Jefferson reminds us that this is a time of divine separation, a time to humble ourselves and seek God’s face with a spirit of expectation. As we do, we can trust that God will meet us in a profound way, healing our hearts, renewing our minds, and positioning us to carry His fresh anointing into the next season of our lives. Let this be a time where we set aside every weight that so easily besets us, where we turn away from distractions and press into the presence of God with fervency and faith. ✨

📍Understanding Soul Ties

Definition: A soul tie occurs when you lose your sense of identity outside of another person, leading to a feeling of emptiness when separated from them.

Purpose of the Enemy: The enemy aims to use soul ties to distract you by keeping your focus on that person rather than on God or your own purpose.

📍Signs You Are in a Soul Tie

1. Anxiety: Feeling anxious when you’re away from that person for too long.
2. Dependency: Relying heavily on the person for emotional support.
3. Validation: Feeling unable to make decisions without their approval.
4. Possessiveness: Experiencing jealousy or possessiveness toward the other person.
5. Identity Crisis: Struggling to define your identity outside of the relationship.
6. Exhaustion: Feeling drained or exhausted after spending time with them.
7. Emptiness: Sensing a deep emptiness when you’re not around them.

📍Steps to Break the Soul Tie and Restore Balance

1. Reflect: Consider how the relationship has affected your life and why it needs to be broken.
2. Cut Off Contact: Minimize or completely cut off contact with the person involved.
3. Positive Surroundings: Surround yourself with supportive and positive people.
4. Self-Care: Engage in self-care practices, such as journaling, to help process your feelings.
5. Rely on God: Lean on the power of God for strength and guidance.
6. Forgiveness: Forgive both yourself and the other person for any pain caused.
